Himalayan Bank LTD in Nepal has recently started accepting credit and debit card payments. Since this is still in the early stages, there may be some difficulties. Currently, we accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, and we plan to support UnionPay in the near future.
To use this payment option, your account must be 3S validated, meaning the SMS validation service must be enabled.
Things to be noted when accepting this mode of payment.
1. As per our business process, direct purchases from the website are not available. Instead, you can send us your inquiry or order, and we will check for availability before providing you with a payment link.
2. For your security, your card will not be processed on our website. Instead, you will be redirected to the bank's secure server, where you can safely enter your payment credentials.
The PayPal account we are providing is solely to accommodate our clients' requests for this service. Since PayPal is not supported in our country, we are using the account of a trusted friend in United States. You may proceed with this account with confidence.

1. Shipment will be dispatched within the 2 to 5 business days after the payment is made.

This is the most preferred and legally recognized mode of payment. Nepal's export system is designed to ensure that no goods can be exported without receiving full payment in advance. Upon receiving the payment, banks issue an Advance Payment Certificate, which allows us to export the goods at their full value in complete compliance with legal regulations.

1. The shipment will be dispatched only after we receive the payment in our bank, which may take 5 to 7 business days.
2. We will cover the bank charges only for shipments over USD $500.
